Amanvari in Mexico is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead daily beverage operations across all bar outlets, including restaurant, pool & beach, in-room, minibar, and beverage experiences, ensuring serenity, precision, and guest satisfaction.

You will support the Head Bartender and Resort Sommelier, supervise bar teams, uphold HACCP standards, and train Amansantis in organization, execution, and service excellence.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in bar or beverage operations, preferably luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
• Basic understanding of wine service and cellar maintenance.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the daily beverage operations across all bars and service points.
• Ensure all beverage stations are fully equipped, properly stocked, and organized according to Amanvari standards.
• Support the Head Bartender in maintaining consistency in cocktail preparation, recipes, and presentation.
• Assist the Resort Sommelier with wine experiences, cellar organization, and glassware management.
• Conduct regular checks of storage areas, ensuring products are handled and rotated following HACCP procedures.
• Lead daily briefings with bar teams, communicating updates, product knowledge, and service priorities.
• Guarantee bar setup, opening, and closing procedures are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor service quality and assist the Head Bartender in implementing guest feedback from TrustYou and LQA.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Stewarding for supply and glassware replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of all bar and back-bar areas.
