Amanvari, Aman Group Sarl’s luxury retreat, seeks a Bar Supervisor to lead daily beverage operations across all bar outlets including restaurant, pool & beach, in-room, minibar, and beverage experiences. Role emphasizes operational excellence, consistency, and staff guidance to meet Aman standards.

The Bar Supervisor collaborates with the Resort Sommelier, ensures HACCP compliance, and drives guest-focused service with meticulous attention to detail. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in bar or beverage operations, preferably in luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality.
• Strong technical knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail preparation.
• Basic understanding of wine service and cellar maintenance.
• Understanding of HACCP and beverage safety standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the daily beverage operations across all bars and service points, ensuring readiness, cleanliness, and product quality.
• Support the Head Bartender in maintaining consistency in cocktail preparation, recipes, and presentation.
• Assist the Resort Sommelier with the setup and service of wine experiences, cellar organization, and glassware management.
• Conduct regular checks of storage areas, ensuring products are handled and rotated following HACCP procedures.
• Lead daily briefings with bar teams, communicating updates, product knowledge, and service priorities.
• Guarantee bar setup, opening, and closing procedures are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor service quality and assist the Head Bartender in implementing guest feedback from TrustYou and LQA.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Stewarding for supply and glassware replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of all bar and back-bar areas.

This role focuses on operational excellence, consistency, and discipline, ensuring every bar reflects Aman’s standards of serenity, precision, and attention to detail. The Bar Supervisor also acts as an operational support for the Resort Sommelier, ensuring flawless coordination between bar and wine service, as well as the overall beverage mise en place and guest experience.
