Henkel Mexico is seeking a leadership-focused Technical Service professional to guide the team and deliver advanced service capabilities across applications, analytics and product development. You will coordinate with internal groups to craft innovative solutions for adhesive processes and drive KPI targets.

You will train and mentor the Henkel team, support both local and global key accounts, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while advancing our service leadership in the region.

Qualifications

• Analytical, mechanical, organizational, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Selling/Negotiation and Business/Industry Acumen skills.
• Teamwork building and leadership potential.
• Proficiency with CRM and MS Office; familiarity with BI tools and AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical service team and drive customer value.
• Coordinate with application center, analytical group and PD team.
• Develop value propositions and support key accounts at MX and global levels.
• Provide training and mentoring to Henkel team members.
• Ensure safety, regulatory, and environmental compliance.
