3M in Mexico City is seeking an Application Development Specialist to support the Automotive Aftermarket Division with hands-on product demonstrations, training, and product introduction support across key markets. This role partners with the sales team to drive growth and ensure successful product commercialization.

You will build knowledge of our product lines, participate in field trials, deliver customer-focused training, and help implement 3M SOPs in body shops and industrial environments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in science, engineering, business, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience serving industrial markets (e.g., collision repair, paint, manufacturing, OEM, or insurance).
• Experience in application engineering, technical service, training, or technical sales.
• Intermediate/advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead training and implementation of 3M products and materials in body shop and industrial environments.
• Train 3M sales professionals to strengthen knowledge of materials, applications, and value propositions.
• Assist body shops with implementing 3M SOPs to improve productivity and consistency.
• Support customer collaboration, field trials, and product demonstrations to drive growth.
