Job summary

Henkel is seeking a technical support specialist to assist with consumer device adhesives. You will collaborate with regional and global teams to optimize material application processes and resolve product-related issues for customers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and at least four years in a consumer device environment or customer-facing technical role, with strong communication skills and ownership mindset. On-site support will be part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field such as Materials Science/Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of four years of experience in a consumer device environment or technical customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of current electronic device technology trends and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across individuals and groups; able to work independently and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Henkel's electronics materials within the consumer device market.
• Lead technology development and commercialization by optimizing material application processes and resolving product- and process-related issues with customers.
• Develop new application processes, troubleshoot issues, and characterize materials to address technical challenges across the portfolio.
• Conduct field testing using application and analytical equipment and support on-site evaluations as required.
