WTS Energy México is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead end-to-end AP processes, ensuring accurate invoices, timely payments, reconciliations, and compliance with internal controls.

The role requires 6+ years in AP, experience in Oil & Gas or regulated industries, SAP or ERP proficiency, and strong English. You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to optimize workflows and support month-end activities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or related processes.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, or another complex/regulatory industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of tax and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient English, written and spoken.
• Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes.
• Review and validate invoices, including intercompany transactions.
• Monitor payment schedules, approvals, and supplier terms.
• Perform account, payment, bank, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and issues.
• Prepare weekly payment proposals and cash flow forecasts.
• Control employee advances and supporting documentation.
• Support month-end closing, accruals, audits, tax requirements, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure efficient processes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in AP operations.
