Confidential Company in Mexico City is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Leader for its SSC. The role leads a team of AP specialists across MX/US/CA/AR/CL/BR, ensuring accurate processing, adherence to controls, and timely payments.

You will drive KPIs, implement process improvements, partner with stakeholders, and mentor a team of ~8, with a focus on audit readiness and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting; proven SSC experience and team leadership required.
• Experience leading a team of AP professionals and delivering end-to-end AP processes across multiple countries.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a team of AP professionals.
• Oversee end-to-end AP execution across multiple countries (MX/US/CA/AR/CL/BR).
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure SOX/compliance and audit readiness; maintain documentation and SOPs.
• Foster stakeholder partnerships and drive knowledge sharing across regions.
