CS Outsource seeks a Property Onboarding Specialist to coordinate end-to-end onboarding of new properties and ensure listings are launch-ready. You will work with owners, vendors, cleaners, and internal teams to collect documents, photos, access details, and inventory, and set up listings on major platforms.

The role requires strong organizational skills and experience with property management platforms, PMS/channel managers, and Google Workspace for daily operations.

Formación

• 1–2+ years in property management, short-term rentals, hospitality, or operations.
• Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with PMS/channel managers such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, Lodgify, or Hospitable.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple properties.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and spreadsheets.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new properties.
• Collect and organize property information, documents, photos, access details, and inventory.
• Set up listings across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and others.
• Configure properties in PMS/channel manager with accurate rates and policies.
• Coordinate photography, cleaning, maintenance, inspections, and setup.
• Create and verify listings, descriptions, amenities, house rules, and check-in instructions.
• Work with owners and vendors to resolve issues and meet launch deadlines.
• Maintain onboarding trackers, documentation, and status updates.
• Coordinate with operations and guest experience teams for a smooth launch transition.
• Identify missing information or potential issues and address them proactively.
