AvantStay is seeking a Property Onboarding Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding of new properties globally. You’ll coordinate with homeowners and internal teams, own timelines and milestones, and ensure a live listing that meets AvantStay’s quality standards from contract sign‑off to go‑live.

This remote, full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in property onboarding or project management, with strong communication and CRM or collaboration tools (Slack, Salesforce).

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in property onboarding and project management or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, and/or property management.
• Proven success managing complex, client-facing projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; able to build trust and deliver clear updates.
• A track record of using technology and data to streamline processes, track performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong proficiency with CRM and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Salesforce).

Responsabilidades

• Own the onboarding lifecycle: Manage and coordinate all aspects of new property onboarding, ensuring each home transitions smoothly from signed contract to live listing.
• Be the point of contact: Serve as the primary liaison between homeowners and AvantStay’s internal stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely communication.
• Leverage tools and systems: Utilize AvantStay’s tech stack, dashboards, and project management tools to track onboarding progress and surface risks proactively.
• Drive accountability: Collaborate with Field Operations, Market Leaders, and other cross-functional teams to keep tasks on schedule and resolve issues quickly.
• Champion process automation: Identify and help implement opportunities to automate repeatable onboarding tasks.
• Use data to drive decisions: Analyze onboarding metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Manage updates and reporting: Provide regular updates on onboarding progress, risks, and contingency plans to leadership.
• Ensure compliance: Monitor contractual obligations and ensure requirements are met by AvantStay and homeowners.
• Continuously improve: Analyze processes and industry trends to implement improvements.
• Uphold quality standards: Ensure properties meet brand standards before listing.
• Lead special projects: Take on onboarding and operational initiatives as assigned.
