Landing, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Account Coordinator to join the Autopilot team in Mexico City.

You will own the onboarding readiness of new Autopilot properties, coordinate with property partners, Legal for STR permits, and ensure homes are cleaned, photographed, and move-in ready. You’ll work closely with Area General Managers and internal teams to gather information, create and track unit installations, enter property data, and establish a strong relationship with partners for a smooth

Formación

• Fluent English (B2-C1) required.
• Ability to work from our Polanco office in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong project management mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Full accountability for property success from contract to move-in.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the Autopilot process from start to finish with internal teams and property partners.
• Work with property managers/owners to ensure Autopilot operations are understood and information for building on Landing's platform is provided.
• Collaborate with Legal to secure STR permits information.
• Coordinate key pickup and unit installations with Area General Managers.
• Oversee creation and completion of units to be move-in ready.
• Ensure all property/unit data is accurately entered into systems.
• Build strong relationships with properties to enable smooth transitions after installation.
