Morgan Stanley Investment Management seeks a proactive professional to support LatAm and US Offshore sales, managing relationships with intermediary and institutional clients in Mexico and the US offshore market from Mexico City.

You will coordinate with Fixed Income, Equity, and Multi-Asset teams, prepare business plans, track sales, and organize client events. Fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication, and a team-focused mindset are required.

Formación

• Fluent English and Spanish are required for client interactions.
• Preferably pursuing Finance, Economics or Business-related studies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Self-motivated, initiative-driven and goal-oriented.
• Team player capable of working under pressure with various levels.

Responsabilidades

• Support LatAm and US Offshore Sales team as internal contact for clients.
• Collaborate to prepare business plans, forecasts, and strategy execution.
• Provide updates and analyses on sales figures and coordinate with operations.
• Coordinate with investment teams to fulfill client requests.
• Arrange client events, roadshows, and meetings; handle follow-up.
• Maintain client databases in CRM and liaise with Reporting, Marketing, Legal & Compliance.
