Job summary

Marsh seeks a proactive Institutional Investment Manager to grow its investment consulting business from Mexico City (hybrid, three days in office). You will lead medium-to-large client engagements, shape solutions, and expand the client base across Mexico and beyond.

You will bring 8+ years in investment consulting, a strong quantitative mindset, AMIB Figura 3 certification, and excellent communication in English; MBA/CFA/CIPM preferred. Advanced MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in investment consulting with senior client exposure.
• Strong quantitative and financial analysis capabilities.
• English fluency and ability to communicate with executives.
• AMIB Figura 3 certification and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary investment consultant on medium/large clients and lead delivery.
• Generate sales by expanding revenues and attracting new clients.
• Sell and manage customized investment services and develop intellectual capital.
• Lead projects or support others; coordinate with teams and manage budgets.
• Enhance client investment strategy and execution; align scopes and fees.
• Grow relationships through proposals, RFPs, and cross-LOB collaboration.
