DiDi Global Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Senior TA Operations Manager to lead and scale Talent Acquisition Operations across LATAM. You will own end-to-end TA processes, drive automation, and partner with HR leaders to deliver a world-class hiring experience at scale.

You will manage a 10+ person team, oversee recruiting technology, employer branding, analytics, and policy governance while optimizing budget and ROI across markets.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or a related People function.
• 4+ years of people management experience, ideally leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven track record of building and scaling TA operations functions in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience managing TA technology stacks (ATS, CRMs, automation tools) and driving adoption at scale.
• Prior experience in a regional or global TA Operations role strongly preferred.
• Background in tech, mobility, or consumer internet companies is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset — ability to translate data into operational insights and strategic recommendations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.
• Structured thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach — comfortable moving between strategy and detail.
• Deep knowledge of employer branding, TA process design, and recruiting technology landscapes.
• Fluent in English.
• High adaptability and resilience — able to lead through ambiguity and organizational change

Responsabilidades

• Own TA processes, policies, and SOPs across LATAM — and keep improving them.
• Drive automation and recruiting tech adoption to increase team efficiency.
• Own and continuously improve end-to-end TA processes, policies, and standard operating procedures across LATAM.
• Drive process automation and digitization initiatives to increase recruiter efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.
• Manage the TA budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across headcount, technology, and programs.
• Lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of recruiting technology platforms and tools.
• Partner with HR Tech and IT teams to ensure systems are integrated, adopted, and delivering ROI.
• Oversee DiDi's employer brand strategy across LATAM, including career page, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and EVP activation.
• Ensure a consistent and compelling candidate experience across all touchpoints and markets.
• Partner with the TA Head and HR leadership to inform strategic workforce planning decisions.
• Own TA policy governance, including internal transfers, referrals, rehires, alumni programs, and eligibility checks.
• Design and execute TA enablement programs, including onboarding, learning & development, and Keep Well initiatives.
