The role requires 5–8 years in strategy/PMO, strong analytics, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. You will work closely with initiative owners to enable data-driven decisions and program success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or related field.
• 5–8 years in Strategy, Transformation, PMO, Business Planning, Marketing or related roles within FMCG/CPG.
• Experience managing cross-functional and regional initiatives with strong project capabilities.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills; can translate data into insights for leadership.

Aufgaben

• Support LATAM transformation portfolio management with visibility and progress tracking.
• Coordinate annual strategic planning, governance, portfolio reviews and leadership forums.
• Monitor milestones, KPIs, value realization, risks and dependencies across initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions, markets, and categories to maintain plans.
• Develop executive presentations and leadership communications linking progress to value.
