Job summary

Kellanova is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist for its Corporate Affairs team to translate business priorities into compelling communications and drive associate engagement across Latin America.

The role partners with leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns, events, and growth initiatives, with a transitional 18-month term and potential extension or internal opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–4 years in corporate/internal communications, transformation, or related roles.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of internal communications strategies across Latin America.
• Create executive messaging, presentations, key messages, and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate regional town halls, leadership visits, and internal events.
• Manage communication channels, editorial calendars, and regional campaigns.
• Develop assets, partner with agencies, measure KPIs, and translate insights into improvements.
