Apex Logistics International in Mexico City is seeking a driven Business Development professional to expand our presence in the Mexican market. You will manage and grow a portfolio of international and domestic clients, delivering compelling proposals and negotiating terms.

The role requires lead generation, market analysis, and collaboration with Operations and Customer Service to ensure an outstanding client experience.

Formación

• Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics or similar.
• Previous B2B sales or business development experience in logistics or transport.
• Proven experience in lead generation and active prospecting.
• Strong analytical skills and market research abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Customer service mindset focused on long-term relationships.
• English B2/C1 (an additional language is a plus!).
• CRM experience, autonomy and a results-driven attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and expand a portfolio of international and domestic clients
• Prospect, generate leads and identify new business opportunities
• Deliver sales pitches, proposals and negotiations both in English and Spanish
• Analyze the market and competition to help shape commercial strategy
• Work closely with Operations and Customer Service to ensure an outstanding client experience
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
