GE Healthcare seeks a Senior S&OP Leader for Latin America to guide inventory strategy, improve fulfillment, and coordinate PSI planning across LATAM. You will partner with Modality, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations to deliver data-driven actions that protect revenue and customer satisfaction.

You should own end-to-end regional S&OP and Phase-In/Out processes, drive continuous improvement, and communicate risks and opportunities clearly.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain management, distribution, sales operations, or order management.
• Experience with ERP, Excel, and BI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
• Fluent English and advanced proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead LATAM inventory strategy and governance to improve inventory turns.
• Establish inventory monitoring routines by modality and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate fulfillment escalations with regional/global stakeholders.
• Manage fulfillment escalations with structure and clear ownership.
• Lead regional S&OP and PSI processes for accurate plans and insights.
• Drive logistics optimization to reduce international freight costs.
• Coordinate Phase-In/Phase-Out and New Product Introduction activities.
• Lead materials planning to mitigate shortages and protect revenue.
• Promote proactive communication and continuous improvement.
