Job summary

Lenovo is seeking an Order Fulfillment Manager to lead the North America and Latin America ISG Service Supply Chain fulfillment organization from Monterrey, Mexico. You will ensure end-to-end service order fulfillment, backlog management, and cost optimization while guiding a regional team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Logistics, Operations or Service Supply Chain roles.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional fulfillment organization for NA and LATAM.
• Manage workload balancing, development, performance management, and team engagement.
• Drive end-to-end fulfillment operations, backlog reviews, and SLA adherence.
• Coordinate with planning, logistics, inventory, IT and external providers.
• Provide executive updates and drive automation and process improvements.
