LEGO Group in Mexico and Brazil seeks a Customer Planning Manager to turn demand signals into action. You will forecast demand, manage inventory and optimize operations to balance customer satisfaction with commercial goals.

You will collaborate with account managers and cross-functional partners, identify risks early and influence decisions with data to strengthen LEGO's business across LATAM.

Formación

• Delivered demand forecasting for retail or e-commerce businesses using statistical forecasting methods.
• Built analytics processes that improved forecast accuracy or inventory performance.
• Managed inventory planning within e-commerce supply chains, including marketplace or fulfillment environments.
• Created demand planning models, replenishment workflows, or sales and operations planning processes at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Forecast demand for Mexico and Brazil and align with sales and operations planning.
• Manage inventory and optimize operations to support customer satisfaction while balancing commercial goals.
• Collaborate with account managers and cross-functional partners to identify risks and inform decisions with data.
• Improve forecast accuracy and in-stock performance across LATAM.
