LeadVenture seeks a Global HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with business goals across functions and geographies. You will partner with leaders, drive change, and implement people programs in payroll, benefits, DEI, performance and development across regions including Mexico and the US.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, manage complex HR projects, and influence stakeholders with strong business acumen and bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience partnering with clients in a global HR capacity including payroll, benefits, DEI, performance management, talent development.
• Mexico employment HR experience required; US employment HR experience preferred.
• Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and applicable laws.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage people management initiatives as a business partner to the management team.
• Identify development plans for key employees and high-potential staff.
• Promote internal mobility and rotate talent across functions.
• Build strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders.
• Identify gaps and propose changes to mitigate risks and improve goals attainment.
• Drive enterprise talent management processes across the year.
• Localize talent programs and coordinate with global HR for best practices.
• Support delivery of HR processes and programs at client sites.
• Lead complex HR projects as SME and support the HRBP team.
