FLSmidth is seeking a Payroll Lead for the Americas to drive standardization, collaborate with external vendors, and support payroll operations in multiple locations. The role blends operations, strategy and stakeholder engagement to scale the payroll function regionally.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in payroll, experience with global vendors and a working knowledge of English and Spanish. This hybrid role offers global exposure and benefits as part of a diverse, inclusive team.

Formación

• 5+ years of payroll operations experience.
• Exposure to countries in the Americas (Brazil, Chile, Peru, Mexico, Canada, US).
• Experience with global payroll vendors (ADP, CloudPay, others).
• Workday experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English and working-level Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Support standardization initiatives across North and South America payrolls.
• Own a payroll process in collaboration with external vendors and validate calculations.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance and business owners to drive initiatives.
• Maintain a high focus on employee experience.
• Support KPI and SLA targets.
• Assist in payroll vendor service assessments and integrations.
• Ensure compliance with global policies and procedures.
• Support audits.
