HH Global Group is seeking a Payroll Analyst to plan, organize, and control all aspects of the LATAM payroll function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across multiple countries.

You will enter payroll data into ADP People+Talent, review documentation, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement process improvements while handling confidential information with a high level of professionalism.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience running and managing a complex payroll across LATAM.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ADP People+Talent/Payroll system.
• Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and data handling.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and control all aspects of LATAM payroll; supervise day‑to‑day processing.
• Review payroll documentation and reports for accuracy; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Enter payroll into ADP; process, calculate, and post payroll actions.
• Coordinate with People+Talent team to maintain data integrity for audits.
• Resolve payroll questions from managers and employees; track progress to resolution.
• Collaborate with ADP or payroll vendors to ensure timely paycheck distribution; manage local distribution.
• Manage attendance, vacation, leaves, and employment records in compliance with legal requirements.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to drive process improvements.
