Emergent Cold LatAm seeks a senior transportation network leader to design and evolve regional multimodal networks, aligning with customer needs and cost targets. You will model corridors, evaluate partnerships, and lead complex projects across multiple countries in Latin America, excluding Brazil.

The role requires 10+ years in logistics, strong analytical skills, and proven project leadership with cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related fields; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain, with a strong focus on transportation operations.
• Proven experience in project management, leading cross-functional teams, and implementing transportation solutions.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with expertise in financial modeling, network design, and transportation planning.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Availability for international travel (approx. 50%). Fluency in English and Portuguese required.

Mansioni

• Lead the design and evolution of the regional transportation network, ensuring efficiency and cost discipline.
• Model multimodal transportation solutions and assess new corridors, hubs, and partnerships.
• Prepare business cases for investments, including CAPEX/OPEX, revenue, and ROI analysis.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure integrated execution and KPI tracking.
• Lead or support RFP responses, negotiations, and customer solutions across the region.
• Identify automation and technology opportunities (TMS, visibility tools) and develop implementation roadmaps.
• Support due diligence and post-acquisition integration activities as required.
