Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. seeks an experienced IT Deployment Lead for LATAM to drive establishment, deployment readiness and stabilization of OPUS-enabled IT capabilities across Latin America.

This is a 13‑month assignment protecting business continuity and enabling a smooth cutover and hypercare, reporting to regional leadership. The role requires 10+ years in IT transformation, strong integration leadership across SAP, Salesforce and ServiceNow, and fluent Spanish with professional English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT transformation, enterprise platforms and cross‑functional programs.
• Hands-on experience with at least two of SAP, Salesforce and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end LATAM deployment readiness across process, data, integrations, cybersecurity, support model and adoption.
• Build and govern the LATAM deployment playbook with gates, checklists, RACI and cutover templates.
• Coordinate readiness of SAP, Salesforce and ServiceNow workflows across OPUS and core platforms.
• Lead integration readiness, SIT/UAT, monitoring, runbooks and controlled cutover.
• Partner with key business functions to translate needs into measurable KPIs and requirements.
