Magnum Icc Sweden Supply Ab is seeking an IT Deployment Lead for LATAM to drive deployment readiness, cutover, and hypercare across SAP, Salesforce and ServiceNow ecosystems. You will align regional standards, manage complex cross‑functional programmes and ensure business continuity across LATAM countries.
The role requires 10+ years of IT transformation experience, ITIL/ITSM discipline and strong stakeholder management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or Business.
- 10+ years of IT transformation, enterprise platforms and cross-functional programmes.
- Experience across LATAM countries and ITIL/ITSM capabilities.
Responsabilités
- Own end-to-end LATAM deployment readiness across processes, data and integrations.
- Coordinate SAP, Salesforce and ServiceNow readiness for OPUS and core platforms.
- Lead integration readiness, SIT/UAT, monitoring, runbooks and cutover.
- Partner with multiple functions to translate business needs into KPIs and requirements.
- Define LATAM service transition and run model with SLAs and escalations.
