The ideal candidate is currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree in business and possesses strong documentation and communication skills. Engaging in impactful projects, you'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Understand regulatory requirements and perform compliance analyses.
• Build compliance product strategy and roadmap for TikTok Shop (LATAM).
• Collaborate with legal and policy teams on compliance strategy.
• Work with key stakeholders to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Lead product lifecycle compliance project management.
• Communicate compliance strategies internally and resolve issues.
• Train business departments on compliance issues.
