PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Finance professional to support LATAM GBS budgeting and Opex consolidation. You will coordinate monthly forecasts, close analysis, and the Annual Operating Plan for Opex, driving efficiency and KPI tracking across South Andean functions.

Responsibilities include budget submissions, variance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to improve processes and controls, while ensuring compliance with USGAAP and tax policies. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• Strong understanding of P&L and its drivers.
• Experience in finance or budgeting roles.
• Ability to analyze models and scenarios.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver monthly budget act/forecast with focus on non-labor expense.
• Review OpEx actuals and provide regional variances and recommendations.
• Build forecast by account and sub-function with month-by-month detail.
• Ensure expenses align with USGAAP and internal policies.
• Maintain KPIs and service levels with cross-functional teams.
