Job summary

Odoo is seeking an Events Coordinator to organize 50+ events yearly across Mexico and Latin America. You will handle logistics, vendor coordination, and travel arrangements, ensuring high-quality attendee experiences.

The role offers hybrid work with a mix of in-office and home-based tasks and room to experiment with marketing tactics. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of events experience, excellent organization, strong communication in English and Spanish, and a passion for delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 1–3 years proven experience organizing events across Mexico and LatAm.
• Autonomous, extroverted, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute events across Mexico and LatAm (roadshows, Odoo Day, Recruitment Events, Partners Day, conferences, product launches).
• Coordinate venue, catering, permits, and travel/accommodation for speakers and staff.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase awareness and attendance for community events using social media, email campaigns, and local advertising.
