The Big Jobsite in Mexico is seeking an experienced Supply Planning leader to oversee planning activities, drive cross-functional collaboration with vendors, and optimize FMCG supply chains.

You will guide teams across geographies, manage master data impacts on plan quality, and utilize SAP APO and ECC for planning and execution.

Strong stakeholder management, a background in manufacturing, and hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau are required.

Formación

• 8-12 years of experience in supply planning and FMCG environments.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering; MBA preferred for operations leadership.
• Experience with SAP APO and ECC, and BI tools for reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee supply planning and cross-functional vendor collaboration.
• Lead multiple planning teams across geographies.
• Act as single point of contact for issue resolutions with customers.
• Utilize SAP APO and ECC to drive planning and execution.
• Analyze planning results and perform scenario planning to improve quality.
• Understand master data and its impact on plan outcomes.
