Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to coordinate demand planning and translate forecasts into material requirements, ensuring availability and on-time delivery for LATAM regions.

You will monitor inventory levels, maintain ERP parameters, and report KPI data while pursuing process improvements. 1–3 years of material planning experience and Oracle/SAP ERP proficiency are required; strong Excel skills are essential.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in material planning or inventory management.
• 1.5+ years of ERP experience with Oracle or SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of supply chain management.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze demand, verify LATAM stock availability and create material requisitions if needed.
• Plan supply chain to meet demand and customer requests.
• Follow up open purchase requisitions.
• Check backlog of purchase orders to ensure accurate arrival dates.
• Ensure ERP parameters such as safety stock and order quantities are set correctly.
• Create inventory actions and support execution toward inventory goals.
• Report inventory statistics to management and suggest improvements to inventory control.
• Avoid financial impacts from slow-moving materials.
• Manage open orders to achieve CRD.
• Lead key projects and update KPIs.
• Seek process improvements and automate routine tasks.
