Job summary

MSD LATAM is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Engagement Deployment & Transformation to serve as the LATAM point of connection between Global Customer Engagement teams and local markets. You will drive deployment readiness, market activation and continuous improvement across Customer Engagement platforms and ways of working.

In this role you will coordinate cross-functional projects, manage stakeholders, and translate global strategy into regional execution while ensuring measurable value

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in deploying Customer Engagement platforms across LATAM.
• Experience coordinating with global teams and local markets.
• Ability to translate global strategy into regional execution within a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional deployment of Global Customer Engagement initiatives, tools and ways of working.
• Build activation plans that align global priorities with local market needs.
• Monitor progress, resolve adoption barriers and drive accountability across markets.
• Act as the regional point of contact for Customer Engagement transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate implementation activities, training and activation plans.
• Ensure sustainable adoption and measurable business impact of new capabilities.
• Establish structured feedback channels with local markets and consolidate requirements.
• Represent regional perspectives in capability design and roadmap discussions.
• Co-lead regional customer engagement projects from planning through implementation.
• Track capability adoption, utilization and effectiveness across markets.
