Job summary

Werfen seeks a Communications Manager for Latam Distribution & Colombia to lead the local communications strategy, coordinating internal and external efforts, events, and digital presence across the Latam region.

The role partners with regional leadership to translate global priorities into impactful local campaigns, ensuring message consistency and brand integrity while supporting leadership communications and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in communications or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience in communications and events within a similar organisation would be a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English; Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of local communications, events, and digital presence for Latam Distribution & Colombia.
• Translate global priorities into local communication plans aligned with brand messaging.
• Collaborate with Latin America Communications and Global Communications on campaigns and leadership messaging.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance with corporate guidelines across regional materials.
• Monitor impact and adapt initiatives to improve stakeholder engagement.
