Job summary

Empresaconfidencial is seeking a Certification Coordinator to monitor product quality in the Mexican market, report issues to Product Management and Product Development, and coordinate responses to PROFECO complaints. The role includes delivering technical training and designing training programs for service centers and distributors, ensuring Mexican and LATAM standards compliance.

The candidate will manage certification processes, attend PM meetings, and support teams with regulatory guidance,

Qualifications

3+ years of working experience in Customer Care and Product Certification.
Bachelor degree in Engineering is required.
Strong communication skills in English

Responsibilities

Monitor product quality in the Mexican market and report issues to Product Management and Product Development.
Coordinate responses to consumer-related legal claims filed through PROFECO.
Deliver technical training and develop training programs for service centers and distributors.
Ensure product certification and compliance with Mexican and LATAM standards.
Inform certification status and attend weekly PM meetings.
Provide technical and sales training to Customer Care agents and develop audience-based training programs.
