Job summary

Hydrafacial is seeking a Sr. Manager, Training & Education for Mexico and LATAM Distributors to translate global learning strategies into scalable local programs.

You will lead a cross-functional team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while driving training quality and business growth. The role requires 7+ years in Training & Education, strong leadership, bilingual English/Spanish, and up to 50% travel within Mexico.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Training & Education or Learning & Development in regulated industries
• 2+ years of people leadership experience
• Experience delivering high-impact in-person and virtual education
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and LMS
• Fluent in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual Training & Education strategy and operating plan for Mexico and LATAM distributors.
• Develop and execute a portfolio of education programs with cross-functional teams.
• Manage the Training & Education team and trainer standards.
• Drive onboarding, competency development, and coaching across Mexico.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, audit-ready documentation, and quality standards.
