Job summary

Hydrafacial is seeking a Senior Manager, Training & Education for Mexico and LATAM Distributors to translate global learning strategies into scalable programs that ensure compliant product use, customer adoption, and business growth.

You will lead the Mexico Training & Education function, manage budgets, establish trainer standards, and partner with Commercial, Marketing, Regulatory, and Quality to deliver high-impact learning solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Training & Education, Clinical Education, Commercial Excellence or Learning & Development.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Experience delivering high-impact in-person and virtual education to customers.
• Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning, LMS, and train-the-trainer models.
• Fluent English and Spanish; travel ~50% within Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual Training & Education strategy and operating plan for Mexico and LATAM distributors.
• Develop and execute an integrated portfolio of education programs with cross-functional partners.
• Manage the Training & Education team and trainer standards across the region.
• Oversee distributor capability development and regulatory compliance of training content.
• Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
