Job summary

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of progressive leadership in Quality, Compliance, or Regulatory Affairs.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, regulated manufacturing, or specialized logistics.
• Experience managing regulatory audits, certification programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams at national or regional levels.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
• Availability to work in Cuatitlán Izcalli.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Quality and Regulatory strategy for Mexico and LATAM.
• Oversee QMS governance, CAPAs, deviations, and change controls.
• Lead audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections with customers and authorities.
• Ensure licensing, registrations, and compliance across operations.
• Oversee validation programs, environmental monitoring, and cold chain integrity.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and Opex methods.
• Develop quality culture and training across teams.
• Support RFPs, new business approvals, and transformation initiatives.
• Manage customs and trade compliance and regulatory engagement.
