Bodycote plc is seeking a Quality Assurance Leader in Mexico to drive QA activities in line with management objectives. You will have authority to stop production when risks or nonconformities are identified and will lead the Quality Department to ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

The role requires five years of automotive QA experience, a engineering degree, and strong English communication skills to interact with management and customers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in Automotive Quality Control.
• English proficiency sufficient to interact with management and executive leadership and participate in customer meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate all activities of the Quality Department.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
• Monitor customer satisfaction through quality, productivity, and delivery metrics.
• Identify, document, monitor, and control risks affecting product quality and process performance.
• Promote continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and environmental performance.
