Job summary

Latecoere México seeks a Quality Engineer to ensure proper application of the Quality Management System within a dedicated program, aligned with Customer Standards and Regulations.

You will support the Quality Site Manager, develop and assure quality culture, implement process controls, and drive corrective actions using 8D and 5 Why analysis. Proficiency in Excel and advanced English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Proficient with Excel.
• Advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and assure Quality culture on products and processes.
• Identify and implement effective process control systems for development, qualification, and ongoing manufacturing to meet requirements.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and applicable documents.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D and 5 Why techniques.
• Monitor KPIs related to quality processes.
