Job summary

Flex is seeking a Sr. Quality Director located at Guadalajara South Site, Mexico, to lead the global product assurance program, prevent defects, and coordinate quality systems across locations in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

Reporting to VP Operations, you will develop, implement, and monitor quality processes, drive regulatory readiness, and coach QA chiefs to align with business goals. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, fluent English, willingness to travel, and a proven track record in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills.
• Extensive experience in customer-facing roles.
• Strong networking within OEMs and automotive manufacturing relationships.
• Willingness to travel across the Americas and work with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality systems across locations and improve compliance.
• Interface with manufacturing, engineering, quality and customer reps to develop quality systems.
• Coach QA chiefs to align strategies with business goals.
• Provide regulatory guidance on a global basis.
• Prepare for regulatory inspections and ensure ISO 13485 compliance.
