Zamora Americas, Inc in Mexico City leads the global Licor 43 brand and seeks an Area Director to drive sales strategy, manage distributor relationships, and hit revenue targets across LATAM markets.

You will partner with the Cluster Director, forecast demand, optimize pricing, train local teams, and coordinate with marketing to grow brand presence while delivering excellent service to retail partners.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or sales.
• Located in Mexico City.
• Wine & Spirits industry experience is required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proven background in Spirits Supplier or Distributor Management.
• Strong selling, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to travel up to 40% and work evenings/weekends.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Current, valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Forecast shipments and depletion trends with the Cluster Director.
• Collaborate on annual budget, resource allocation, and 3-year plan.
• Train and upgrade distributor capabilities to improve results.
• Track and report results to the Cluster Director for reviews.
