Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits in Mexico City seeks a dynamic leader to launch a new brand, oversee P&L, and drive the Route-To-Market activation plan with commercial strategy. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage key partner relationships.

You will balance marketing, sales and operations, ensure timely delivery of milestones, and optimize distributions across channels, with focus on RTM execution, retail visibility, and collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and brand launches.
• Commercial experience with strong commercial affinity.
• Trade marketing in category management, promotion, and POS visibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the launch of a new brand in the Mexican market.
• Manage the P&L for the project and meet volume/financial targets.
• Develop and execute RTM activation and promotional plans with Retail/OOH teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution.
