Clara in LATAM seeks a Global Head of Product Marketing (AI-Native) to own product marketing for Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia. You will build the function, set the standard, and use AI to scale a small team into impact across markets.

You’ll need 7+ years in product or growth marketing, at least 2 years leading a team, and a proven storytelling portfolio. Strong analytics, daily AI tool use, and fluency in English plus Spanish or Portuguese are essential.

Formación

• 7+ years in product marketing or growth marketing, with at least 2 years leading a function or team.
• Strong storyteller with a portfolio of positioning docs or campaigns that moved metrics.
• Analytical and comfortable tying narrative decisions to funnel or revenue metrics.
• Active daily use of AI building tools as part of real workflow: research, drafting, messaging testing, competitive intelligence.

Responsabilidades

• Own positioning and messaging for Clara products across LatAm; translate capabilities into compelling stories for Sales, Growth, and customers.
• Lead go-to-market for new products and features: launch plans, enablement, communications, and metrics.
• Build and run a product marketing function across LatAm.
• Define metrics to prove impact: activation, win rates, sales cycle length, message resonance.
