Job summary

Influur seeks a senior sales lead to own and grow a book of agency and brand relationships in Mexico and Latin America. You will manage inherited deals, run outbound prospecting, and turn briefs into priced proposals with a sharp focus on margin and process. You will leverage AI in research, drafting and analysis to close highly qualified opportunities.

You will ensure clean handoffs to the campaign team and spot opportunities to position Pulse alongside campaigns for clients across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling services in agency, media, marketing services, or similar consultative B2B sales.
• Existing relationships with agencies (holding-company or independent) in Mexico or LatAm.
• Self-sufficient; has built and run own pipeline and outbound.
• Demonstrates commercial judgment: can price scope and protect margin.
• SaaS exposure is a plus.
• AI fluency; uses AI tools in daily work for research, writing and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Inherit and manage an established agency book and open deals.
• Conduct outbound prospecting into agencies and brands in Mexico and LatAm.
• Turn briefs into qualified, priced proposals via discovery and scoping.
• Price campaigns per margin guidelines and escalate out-of-scope items to deal desk.
• Maintain pipeline discipline in Attio with real amounts and next steps; forecast weekly.
• Handoff to campaign team with clear written briefs at signature.
• Identify opportunities for Pulse alongside managed services and start conversations.
