A.P. Moller - Maersk is seeking a Landside Team Leader in Mexico City to steer end-to-end landside operations. You will lead a diverse team, coordinate inland first mile activities, and ensure safety and efficiency across freight orders.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder management, KPI-led optimization, and close collaboration with global teams to meet service commitments and cost targets.

Formación

• Proven leadership experience in logistics/3PL or similar environments.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication with global teams and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and dispatch freight orders, monitor capacity and delivery performance.
• Lead Inland First Mile Agents and ensure safety and standards.
• Drive cost efficiency, asset utilization and service quality through continuous improvement.
• Manage transport vendors, internal stakeholders, and customer communications.
• Resolve disruptions and customer complaints within agreed timelines.
