A.P. Moller-Maersk is seeking a Site Manager for our Cuautitlán warehouse to lead overall site performance across safety, service, quality, productivity, and cost.

You will develop and coach Operations Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leaders while driving start-up and stabilization of complex client operations. The role requires 5+ years in warehouse or DC leadership within 3PL, proven ability to manage large teams, and strong analytical skills.

Formación

• 5+ years leading warehouse or distribution center operations within a 3PL environment.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex operations and start-ups.
• Strong leadership skills with experience leading large teams through multiple layers.
• Experience in apparel, footwear or e-commerce environments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
• Intermediate to advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the overall performance of the site, delivering results across safety, service, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Develop and coach Operations Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leaders.
• Drive operational excellence through KPI management and continuous improvement.
• Ensure successful start-up, stabilization, and scaling of complex customer operations.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as the main operational escalation point.
• Manage workforce planning, productivity, and operational costs.
