Moller - Maersk is seeking a Landside Team Leader to plan and dispatch freight orders, oversee Inland First Mile Agents, and drive continuous improvements in cost, productivity and service performance. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and English fluency for global cooperation.

The position emphasizes end-to-end freight-order management, vendor coordination, and proactive issue resolution to ensure on-time deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, customer focus and continuous-improvement skills.
• Strong operations and logistics background, ideally within 3PL, retail, lifestyle, FMCG, or other complex supply chain environments.
• Proven experience leading teams, driving performance, and managing customer-facing logistics operations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and resolve operational challenges.
• Demonstrated track record of operational excellence through KPI management, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis.
• Fluent English required to effectively communicate with global customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and dispatch freight orders, monitoring capacity, routes, delivery performance and operational exceptions.
• Lead and develop Inland First Mile Agents, ensuring compliance with safety, transport and company standards.
• Optimize cost, productivity, asset utilization and service performance through continuous improvement.
• Manage transport vendors, internal stakeholders and customer communications.
• Resolve operational disruptions, delivery issues and customer complaints within agreed timelines.
• Approve or reject process deviations and ensure strong end-to-end freight-order management.
