Aptiv is seeking a Labor Relations Supervisor to oversee policy implementation, labor relations activities, and compliance with labor laws. You will partner with departments to address employee concerns, negotiate labor contracts, and promote open communication and a culture of collaboration.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field, at least 3 years in HR processes, strong negotiation and conflict management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources processes.
• Negotiation and conflict management skills.
• High level of oral and written expression.
• Experience recruiting unionized personnel.
• Conversational English.
• Knowledge of the LFT (Labor Federal Law).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the implementation of company policies and internal regulations.
• Oversee the Recruitment and Selection process.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Maintain the communication process to ensure employees are heard, understood and responded to.
• Promote a culture of high performance.
• Promote a Culture of Diversity and Inclusion.
• Support HR activities and labor relations initiatives.
• Manage information and follow up on improvement action plans.
• Participate in corporate projects focused on improving HR practices.
