Autoliv is seeking an HR Specialist to partner with management on HR policies, employee engagement, and talent development within our Querétaro operations. You will advise managers, address employee relations, and support compensation reviews and workforce planning.

You will also implement training programs, monitor HR metrics, and ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards, while maintaining confidentiality and professional discretion in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR, payroll administration, time and attendance management, or related HR operations.
• Experience with TRESS HRIS and payroll systems; Workforce Management platforms preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, and workforce metrics management.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with management to support workforce planning, recruitment activities, internal promotions, and talent development initiatives.
• Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, labor law cases, incident investigations, performance management, contract terminations, and exit interviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management System requirements.
• Develop, coordinate, and monitor training and development programs, employee onboarding, work regulation training, and performance evaluation processes.
• Analyze and report HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, and workforce trends, providing data-driven insights to support business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
