Job summary

Bain & Company, Inc. in Mexico City seeks a Knowledge Management Associate to equip Partners and case teams with expert knowledge and resources. You will lead capture and sharing of knowledge, and help build a culture of knowledge sharing across the firm.

You will collaborate with Practice Centers of Excellence, leverage AI tools, and support the Strategy & Transformation Practice to deliver value for clients. This role provides global exposure and opportunities to influence outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA or undergraduate degree with strong academic credentials.
• Preferred 2+ years of professional experience.
• Interest in strategy development and execution.
• Familiar with using AI tools and data-driven approaches.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Equip Partners and staff with relevant knowledge resources.
• Provide front-line support to case teams with Bain content.
• Identify experts within Bain to assist consulting teams.
• Develop, update, and summarize knowledge materials.
• Lead knowledge capture and dissemination on the intranet.
• Collaborate to identify gaps and priorities in the knowledge base.
• Coordinate metadata and analytics to improve search and AI outputs.
• Manage practice pages on the intranet and mentor junior staff.
• Leverage AI tools to improve work processes.
