Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in Knowledge Management or related disciplines.
• Experience with analytics, data ecosystems, semantic search, content intelligence, automation, and AI technologies.
• Strong experience partnering with Commercial, Product, IT, and Finance teams.

• Own and advance the Global Knowledge Management strategy as a pillar of the CX program.
• Define governance, data stewardship, and AI integration for the GKB.
• Lead global adoption, enablement, and value realization efforts.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to align knowledge with market needs.
